The client, L’Abode Accommodation, specializes in property management services and provides luxury short-term and long-term accommodations across Australia. Through personalized solutions and professional hospitality, the company delivers premium-grade services to property hosts and guests. From listing properties to providing outstanding guest experiences, L’Abode Accommodation offers comprehensive services.

To rank among other leading similar sites and receive more enquiries, they considered approaching Black Marlin Technologies. Though L’Abode Accommodation had a company website, they could not outrank their competitors and reach the target Australian market. Unfortunately, it caused enormous business losses due to the lack of an impactful online presence. They approached us to execute their digital marketing campaign and help them accomplish business goals.

Challenges

At Black Marlin Technologies, we conducted a website audit to evaluate the pitfalls, resulting in low site performance. Our team of digital experts discovered that they were targeting the wrong keywords, the internal linking was poor, the site did not have high-authority backlinks, and the user experience was very poor. It means that their website architecture was incompetent with inadequate optimization, which resulted in missing the top ranks in search results, directly influencing traffic drive.
